Adam Winters is President and CEO of Merchant Financial Group.

Adam Winters is President and CEO of Merchant Financial Group. He grew up in New Jersey, spending summers with family in the San Francisco Bay Area, and attended Ithaca College where he studied finance.

Adam joined Merchant as the sole salesperson and over the past two decades built the team, oversaw the opening of Merchant’s West Coast office, Florida office, and Licensing division, and grew the factoring business from $100 million to over $2 billion.

Adam believes in giving back and he is actively involved in philanthropic causes. He and his wife Alicia operate an organic farm in Far Hills, New Jersey.
