Ely Harary is VP of New Business Development for Merchant, based in the Eastern Region.

Ely is a Brooklyn native who attended Brooklyn College. Over the course of his career, Ely has consulted on M&A deals raising investment equity, and was previously VP of Sales and Marketing at Merchant.

Ely is actively involved in civic organizations. For 26 years, worked with SBH Community Services Network, a social service agency providing resources to those in need who are seeking rehabilitation and new start. He began there as a board member and is now Chairman of the Career services division of the organization.
