Neville Grusd is President of Merchant Financial Corporation and is Chief Operating Officer of Merchant Factors Corp. and Merchant Business Credit, Inc.

He has worked in finance and banking industries since 1982, with experience ranging from asset-based lending, to factoring, and international trade finance. He received a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Cape Town.

Neville was Chief Lending Officer of an FDIC member bank, a member of the Executive Committee of the Commercial Finance Association (CFA), and served on the Private Company Council of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). He is active in the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA)—as Vice President, Treasurer, and Director of the Executive Committee, and is former Chairperson of its Committee on Cooperation with Accountants. 

Neville writes articles for The Secured Lender, was Associate Professor of Accounting at LIU Post (CW Post–Long Island University), and is co-author of the textbook Advanced Accounting. He is a CPA, chairs panels at CFA seminars, and is a Chartered Accountant.
